All Rentals require a security deposit that is fully refundable minus any damages or violations of the Terms of Service.

Damage & Terms of Service Costs:

• Small holes (dime-size or smaller) on silver walls: $0
• Small holes on painted door or painted interior: $15 / hole
• Large holes anywhere: $45 / hole
• Other Structural Damage (doors, AC inlets, etc): $50 - $250
• Paint Damage : $50 / damaged location
• Trash left behind in yurt: $200 - $400
